Discover our range of quality hand-tied Cormorant trout flies at Granite City Fishing.

Cormorants are a highly effective and versatile fly pattern for stillwater trout fishing, making them a firm favourite among UK fly anglers.

These slim, mobile flies can imitate small baitfish, aquatic insects and other natural food sources. Their subtle movement and attractive colours make them particularly effective when targeting rainbow and brown trout.

Cormorants can be fished on floating, intermediate or sinking lines, either individually or as part of a team of flies. They work exceptionally well on a slow figure-of-eight retrieve, steady pull or when fished alongside Blobs, FABs and other popular stillwater patterns.
