Description
The Apps Bloodworm fly is the spandex favorite, the bloodworm is actually an imitation of the larva state of the fly and bloodworm do spend most of their time on the bottom of the water, this is when trout will feed off them. When they are disturbed bloodworm move their bodies from side to side and attract the trout into feeding off them. The apps bloodworm will be effective when the fish are feeding on the bottom usually when the water is cold.This fly is great in different colours,, the fish tend to switch off red bloodworms at times and need something else to entice them.
