Description
I was asked some time ago to tie a fly in the John Deere tractor colours. Little did I know it was going to be one of the best fish-catching lures I have ever tied. I tie it with different colours of flash in the tail, so if you want other colours, just ask.
This flies in the face of the years since I tied it has taken, and this is no joke: 1000s of fish in the fisheries I frequent in the Northeast of Scotland.
Fish it any method: floating, Intermediate, slow, fast, or super-fast. Just mess about with the speed and depth until you start hitting the fish.
If you fish the bung, it also works very well under the bung.
